Massage therapy is as much an art as a science and Cara brings
both to her patients. In addition, to her in depth understanding of how the muscular system works, she is an extremely intuitive therapist with a healing touch. She has the unique ability to zero into the problem areas immediately, ask the right questions, listen well and work with her patients to come up with a treatment plan.
I am a software engineer and suffered an upper back, neck,
shoulder and arm injury from working long hours on the computer. Cara has played a major part in my recovery and I am truly grateful for having found the right therapist. I have worked with a few therapists before and there are not too many truly talented deep tissue therapists out there. Cara is good with a number of different types of massage but is truly gifted particularly when it comes to deep tissue and trigger point healing.

Hi, My name is Brian. I run 7 independent dealerships for a national cell phone carrier. I run long hours and often times odd days of the "typical" work week. Cara has been a savior for me. I know that Cara's reputation for deep tissue work is enormous, however, I personally prefer more of a swedish massage. Cara has been a jewel in my life, because of my life and schedule she comes to my home and professionally massages me into complete relaxation. Before I started getting my massages with Cara I was in a lot of pain in my neck, shoulders and entire back region. After my first massage with Cara I was already feeling alleviated from the pain, which was why it was easy for me to decide to keep coming to her to get my massages.
